This set of three social media videos were created to sell horror-themed calendars during October, “Spooky Season.” The videos physically demonstrates the features of the calendars, such as perforated, removable prints, and some contain voice narration using a filter to fit the theme. This reel gives a brief overview of horror comics and the Comics Code that was created to censor them. The post uses video to generate interest in horror comics, then makes a connection to a product featuring them, the 20265 Vintage Horror Comics Calendar by Asgard Press.

Pulp Horror Calendar Video
The Vintage Pulp Horror Calendar by Asgard Press includes 13 images of pulp horror magazine covers from the 1920s to the 1950s. This video uses a filtered voiceover to give it a voice that fits the theme. A physical demonstration of how to frame the calendar images is the priority of the video, as well as a quick overview of the images within the calendar.
